What are the best outfit choices for a Mother's Day photoshoot to ensure our photos look timeless?

The best outfits depend on the aesthetic you're going for. If it's an on-location shoot, such as outdoors or at a special spot like your home, we'll discuss and decide on color schemes that suit the overall aesthetic and flatter the both of you.
How far in advance should we schedule our Mother's Day photoshoot to ensure availability?

You should book your Mother's Day photoshoot up until one week before the day itself. Any bookings made closer to the date will be considered under a general family portrait session.
After our photoshoot, how long will it take before we receive our final edited images?

You will receive your images within two weeks from the session date or three days before Mother's Day. If your session is booked exactly one week from Mother's Day, you will receive your photos on Mother's Day. All photos will be delivered by or on Mother's Day.
Are there any specific preparations we should make before our photoshoot day?

Yes, please ensure that hair, makeup, and both fingernails and toenails are done before the shoot. Note that makeup services will require an additional $90 per person.
Can we include props or special items in our Mother's Day photoshoot to make it more personal?

Absolutely! You are welcome to include personal props in the photoshoot. Any additional props that I don't already possess will be an up charge, and if you require prop sourcing, there will be an additional charge as well.

My journey began in the hallways of my old high school and carried me to the sunny streets of Los Angeles, where I was able to grow under the guidance of a very successful artist, Lori Dorman Photography.
From there, I learned the ins and outs of a successful photography business, the same knowledge I now pour into my own ever-growing startup photography business here in Pittsburgh.
